Aussies becomes champs again

Australia regain the kings place once again andbecomes the winner of the Champions Trophy 2009. Playing with Kiwis in the finals in South Africa the Aussies only allowed opponents to score a mere 200 runs while playing first.

And then Australian Batters played well to reach home with flying colours and lot of joy. With this win Australia especially Ricky Ponting made a point to the world about their abilities regarding playing cricket extensively.

EARLY EXIT FOR INDIA AND HOST SOUTH AFRICA

Host South Africa and India could not make it even to the Semi final's of the Champions Trophy 2009. With India forced exit from the tournament by arch rivals Pakistan and South Africa lost early games against their opponents. With India's one game washed out by rain which resulted in one point each so hard luck again to the Indian Cricket Team but yes a chapter learned in the run that never take any game in any tournament lightly as was done against Pakistan in this tournament.

Later on in the same tournament Pakistan lost to Kiwis another Semi finalist and England lost to Aussie cricket team. Which meant that now it would be keenly contested match between teams from down under Australia and New Zealand.
